Chocolate shooters

 Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups sweetened condensed milk
2 large egg yolks
2 cups  Semi-Sweet chocolate chips
Whipped cream or Cool-Whip (optional)

Directions:

Whisk together condensed milk and egg yolks in medium saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is very hot and thickens slightly; DO NOT BOIL! Remove from heat; stir in morsels until completely melted and mixture is extremely smooth. Pour into cups; refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. you can add crushed Oreo to the bottom of the cups and then top it with Oreo, chocolate shavings, and/ or whipped cream.




 This is what the condensed milk and eggs should look like when you add the chocolate chips.

 Make sure the mixture is smooth and consistent

 After placing mixtures in cups make sure to leave some room at the top for whipped cream




 Top off your glass with some fresh whipped cream to balance the richness of the chocolate and enjoy!
